Is the fear before an interview and before one's marriage the same?

All of us would have undergone fear at one stage or the other in our life. No one can say I don't fear anything at any point of time. All of us have a set of things that we fear. There are various factors that contribute to this feeling. Now the question is whether we respond to fear in the same way in all the situations. May be not, there are different grades of fear. The cause of fear will determine the intensity of fear based on what it means to us. For example the fear before one's interview is different from the fear we experience before our wedding. What we fear here are entirely different in these two situations. In case of interview, we want to get the job and we fear whether we will do well in the interview. In case of marriage or wedding, we fear that we should cope with the responsibilities that come with marriage. It is a life long commitment that is under consideration. Our reasoning in these two situations vary and our responses too vary. So before handling fear we need to find out the cause of fear and whether there is any underlying reason behind one's fear to treat extreme fears.
