Anxiety Vs. Chronic Anxiety Issues

Anxiety is a sense of uneasiness about a pending, anticipated or unfinished event or issue. The main cause of anxiety is the uncertainty that is associated with the pending event. The one who is anxious because he or she is not sure how the pending issue will end. They are not sure of the results and whether the ending will be favorable to them or against them. It can be about a job interview that you attended or about a law suit that is going on or it can be about the delivery of your baby. It can be anything. It is normal for people to be anxious about certain things in life. It is normal to be anxious about things whose results are capable of changing one's life.

On the other hand the same thing turns out to be chronic anxiety when the individual becomes extreme and every event and every thing that happens in one's life becomes a test who's results are to be awaited eagerly. This goes to such an extent the individual who suffers chronic anxiety is unable to lead his or her normal life. When you suffer chronic anxiety you get chocked with unreasonable fear about everyday events of life.
